RIP - Last month, the world lost Betty James, the woman who named the ubiquitous toy "Slinky". Throughout the decades, it has maintained it's popularity, perhaps more so this Christmas season as a toy available for under $5. Happily, Gary Dahl, inventor of the "Pet Rock", is still with us.
